The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling litigation related to connectivity, privacy, and information law, with a focus on copyright issues.Duties and Responsibilities:Handle a variety of litigation matters related to connectivity, privacy, and information law, specifically focusing on copyright disputes.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to litigation matters.Manage discovery processes, including document review, preparation of discovery requests, and responses.Assist in deposition preparation, witness interviews, and trial preparation.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on legal issues related to connectivity, privacy, and copyright law.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy development and implementation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.3+ years of experience practicing law, with a strong emphasis on litigation involving connectivity, privacy, and information law issues, particularly copyright disputes.Solid understanding of copyright law and its application in digital environments.Experience with legal research tools and databases.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Preferred Skills:Previous experience in technology or intellectual property litigation.Familiarity with data privacy regulations and cybersecurity issues.Experience managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.Company infoChief of Staff to Chief People OfficerSummaryWe’re looking for a self-driven, well-organized, results-focused project manager and influencer who can help us move our ambitious people strategy forward.
