Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney on behalf of a prominent law firm located in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of litigation experience and will be responsible for handling cases from inception through resolution. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including business litigation, class actions, personal injury, and employment law. The firm is looking for a motivated attorney with a strong understanding of California procedure and motion practice.Duties:
Manage all aspects of litigation from case inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of legal issues.Handle a variety of litigation cases, including business litigation, class action, personal injury, and employment law.Requirements:
4-6 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on business, employment, class action, and catastrophic personal injury cases.Strong knowledge of California procedure and motion practice.Experience with handling discovery, legal briefing, and trial preparation.Excellent research and writing skills.Ability to work on cases across a broad range of industries.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:
Strong litigation and trial preparation skills.Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong client relationship management and counseling abilities.
