Washington, D.C.Duties
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare arguments for court.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and arguments.Manage complex IP litigation cases from inception to resolution.Work closely with litigation and prosecution groups to strengthen case outcomes.Provide top-tier representation in intellectual property disputes.Requirements
1-4 years of experience in patent and/or IP litigation at a law firm.Stellar academic credentials with a strong foundation in IP and patent law.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.Federal clerkship experience is preferred and eligible for additional bonuses.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.Must be eligible to waive into the D.C. Bar or willing to sit for the D.C. bar exam.USPTO registration number is desirable but not required.Skills
