We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovating and for revolutionizing the way Intuit does business.About the Consumer Group Business Operations Team:Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how we connect across the Intuit ecosystem and operate within the Consumer Group (CG) to achieve Taxes Done for Everyone, supported by an AI-driven expert platform.The Business Operations team aims to provide the business:Strategy to execution clarityAccountability at all levelsFocus on outcomesEfficiency in how we workInterfaces into the Intuit Ecosystem / PlatformResponsibilities:In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Partner with CG senior leadership to jointly develop comprehensive business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth and unlock new customer value across the Intuit platform.Build the CG business performance management operating system to track and measure outcome metrics in partnership with CG finance, analytics, and cross-functional business leaders spanning product management, marketing, and product development.Partner closely with analytics, finance, and product development teams to operationalize and scale new business performance dashboards and tools to track and monitor business performance against forecast, manage ongoing risks and opportunities, and inform business lever analysis to CG senior leadership decisioning.Build and operationalize new growth initiatives through CG team by leveraging data-driven insights and rapid experimentation that unlock learnings to improve Intuit products and scale solutions across consumer and business tax customers through Intuit’s AI expert platform.Learn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across CG.Shape and manage the CG’s overall operating rhythm and planning processes as part of the member of the Business Operations Leadership team.We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout Intuit and is viewed as a team player. Consumer Group (CG) Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company, and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential.Minimum Requirements:10+ years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top-tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company.Structured problem-solving skills, combined with strong business acumen.Proven ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains.Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business.Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large.Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives.Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense.Strong communications (written/verbal) and senior executive-level presentation and facilitation skills.Strong process and project management skills.Strong academic record. MBA, or equivalent, from a nationally recognized institution preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
