as a

Principal Sr. Strategy Manager (M3) . Our team focuses on crafting the long-term vision and growth strategies for CG in collaboration with senior leadership and works across CG Priority cross-functional teams. This role will focus on our competitive insights and growth segments.

What you'll bring

7+ years of work experience

Excellent strategic problem solving, influencing and results orientation

Ability to both lead strategy as well as support (or lead) implementation

Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills

Ability to work independently and drive action across functions as a boundaryless leader

Well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build trust-based relationships with teammates and cross-Intuit teams to drive outcomes

Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on leadership roles within project

Intuit's working model is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in office

How you will lead

Partners with CG Sr. Leadership team, Priority sponsors and BizOps to define our CG 5/3/1 year business strategy

Brings together our competitive insights across the org to identify approaches

Drives results across organizational boundaries – working with other CG teams the teams within the CG Strategy (CBS) team like Insights, Competitive

Look for ways to grow our ecosystem beyond current. Lead initial work for new and future launches for CG (before handing over to the enduring team). Prior year examples include TT Verified Pro and Business Tax

Provides thought leadership and analytical horsepower to important business decisions.

Lead exploratory work at direction of SLT and support broader CG projects

Develops and applies highly effective team operating mechanisms to achieve business objectives and continued growth

Ensures speed, quality and shared vision by getting the right people involved in decisions
