What you'll do:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sr. Manager to lead NinjaTrader's Business Operations & Strategy function and work cross-functionally to provide data-driven recommendations, insights, and strategies to stakeholders. This is a high-impact role that offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the EVP of Strategy and other members of the Senior Leadership team to drive strategy development and organizational change. In this role, you will lead NinjaTrader's BizOps efforts and drive cross-functional strategic projects and internal consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, experience leading teams, and a proven track record in BizOps & Strategy.
In this role, you will:
Lead NinjaTrader's BizOps & Strategy functions, focused on translating data and research into strategies, insights, and recommendations.
Oversee a BizOps team with functionally aligned team members who serve as both a strategy partner and force multiplier to functional leadership, while helping to instill best practices and alignment across the team.
Serve as a strategic thought partner, sounding board, and internal consultant to Senior leadership.
Drive growth by formulating data-driven strategies across the organization in partnership with the EVP of Strategy and cross-functional stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally to create holistic business cases that illustrate the strategic rationale and forecasted impact of various initiatives and support prioritization of initiatives based on expected impact.
Lead a team that will drive insights, analysis, and key industry landscape reports to enhance stakeholder knowledge and decision-making across the organization.
Keep a close pulse on key business performance metrics and work with functional leadership to understand results versus goals.
The Sr. Manager of BizOps & Strategy will report directly to the EVP of Strategy and help drive corporate strategy, strategic planning, and prioritization.
What we look for:
6+ Years of Professional Experience in Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or related roles.
Strong Experience at the intersection of Strategy and Analytics.
Experience managing and coaching teams.
Strong analytical and strategy development skills with a passion for solving highly complex problems.
Low ego and very strong work ethic – we are a result-driven organization and always find a way to go above and beyond to deliver excellent work product.
Strong sense of ownership and drive to get projects and analyses past the finish line.
High EQ and excellent communication skills.
Must be a Player/Coach with a proven ability to develop team members while executing on projects.
