Manufacturing AgreementsDistribution AgreementsSales Broker AgreementsRaw Material Supply AgreementsPackaging Supply AgreementsEquipment Leases and Purchase AgreementsProduct Purchase and Sale/Supply Agreements
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple office locations to address client needsEngage in client interactions, providing expert legal guidance across sectorsParticipate in pro bono and public service projectsContribute to the firm's initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusionRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts lawExtensive experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreementsUnderstanding of contract law and risk management practicesProven ability to collaborate in a team-focused environmentExcellent client service and communication skillsEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law schoolCertifications:Active license to practice law in one of the designated locations (Seattle, Spokane, Portland, New York, or Washington, D.C.)Skills:Strong analytical and legal writing abilitiesDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skillsEffective multitasking and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively with clients and colleaguesCompany infoBCG Attorney Search1629 K ST NW, Suite 300WashingtonDistrict of ColumbiaUnited States 20006Phone :
