International Tax Optimization Manager

What You Will Do In Your RolePartner with Business Development, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting business group leaders in:Understanding and communicating tax impacts of business initiatives (e.g., foreign cash repatriation)Assisting on tax analysis related to business growth and expansion (e.g., acquisitions, divestitures, and investments)Advising on business and legal entity realignmentsModel and maintain tax attributes (e.g., US Foreign Tax credit, GILTI, U.S. and local tax basis, E&P, etc.).Research and analyze significant tax topics, including new and proposed U.S. and foreign tax legislation (including Pillar 2), U.S. Treasury Regulations, etc.Consult with outside advisors to develop tax analysis and cultivate mutually beneficial relationshipsPresent the economic and technical aspects of business transactions to diverse audiences
The Experience You Will BringRequirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation and/or a JD or LL.M. in Taxation2+ years' experience consulting and advising on U.S. inclusions and reporting relative to non-U.S. operations including E&P, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits3+ years' experience with tax technical research, writing and modeling of tax attributes and optimization strategiesExperience with Microsoft Excel
What Will Put You AheadU.S. International income tax compliance and/or provision experienceLocal country tax experienceProficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (including, but not limited to V-Look up and Pivot tables)
