ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a seasoned and passionate principal payroll consultant who can thrive in challenging situations to work on delivering cutting edge SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll application solutions for our clients. If this excites you, consider an opportunity within our elite Professional Services team in North America.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Independently lead an implementation, where you will be conducting client workshops, gather requirements, and provide conceptual design.
Closely collaborate with right shore teams to design and build complex working solutions for our clients. Maintain a hands-on approach to ensure timelines are met.
Work closely with client stakeholders and business teams and develop strong client relationships.
Develop clear presentation materials and implementation documents for design, build and testing.
Support of pre-sales activities and work closely with product engineering team to convey business wish lists and help grow a constantly evolving application product.
Go-live, post go-live, and escalation support.
Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements.
Advise partners on implementation methods to ensure customer success.
Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented for our clients.
Support in escalations to provide timely solutions.
Participate in Business process workshops and in the planning of process implementation to ensure quality HCM process models are adopted.
Demonstrate profound knowledge of process modeling standards and tools.
Take responsibility from time to time as team lead and support respective line manager(s) in people development tasks.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Candidates MUST BE CERTIFIED in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP); Preference for Professional certification level.
At least 7+ years consulting experience with Employee Central Payroll AND point-to-point integrations required.
Has experience with minimum of (5) full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Candidates must be located in the U.S. or Canada.
Candidates must be able to travel up to 100% of the time.
At least 8 years consulting experience in SuccessFactors / HCM.
Good understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable).
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
Master’s degree preferred.
Must speak fluent English.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong business consulting skills.
Strong functional skills in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 150400 - 255700(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
