Job Description:Has understanding of and experience with OCM theories and models such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step Model or Lewin's Change Management Model and experience developing and conducting OCM assessments and plans. Develops relationships with stakeholders and has a working knowledge of the organization's business operations, objectives, and industry context to align change initiatives with strategic goals. Understands human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics in the context of change. Analyzes the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, culture, and people. Identifies and categorizes all stakeholders affected by the change. Understands stakeholders needs, concerns, and influence within their organization. Helps to establish mechanisms to collect feedback from stakeholders throughout the change process and analyzes stakeholder feedback to make recommendations to changes to the change management strategy. Coordinates with communications specialist to contribute to ensuring messaging resonates with stakeholder groups. Coordinates with training specialists to develop training objectives to meet needs of OCM. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the purpose and benefits of change, as well as to engage and influence stakeholders effectively. Helps to identify and support key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the change initiative. Tracks progress and provides regular reports to leadership and stakeholders. Supports pre and post-implementation surveys and the data collection, analysis, and reporting of results. Typically reports to the contractor's program manager and/or the Senior OCM Analyst/Consultant.Experience Requirements:• 7 years relevant experienceMandatory:
