Handle a caseload involving consumer protection and class action litigation.Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.Collaborate with the legal team on case strategy and settlement negotiations.Prepare and manage discovery, including interrogatories, depositions, and document requests.Requirements:
5 to 10 years of experience in civil litigation.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership in the State Bar of California, in good standing.Skills:
Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation software.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
