The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting various marketing functions including social media, content creation, graphic design and much more. This role ensures that marketing tasks and projects are executed up to company standards and assists in the overall efficiency of the Marketing department.

This role is on site at our Palm Beach Gardens office.

Routine Tasks

  • Social media – assist marketing manager with various social media aspects including posting and responding.
  • Content creation – assist marketing manager with creating content including pictures and videos.
  • Marketing Calendar – coordinate with the marketing manager and executive team to create and manage marketing calendar.
  • Graphic design – designs various flyers including Weekly Specials, Weekend Specials, Holiday signage, and various informational signage. We use Canva.
  • Website Management – update company website routinely. We use WordPress.
  • Signage & Labels – assist in creating various in store signs and product labels.
  • Google & Yelp Reviews – reviews and responds to reviews and coordinates with management team on corrective actions based on customer feedback.
  • Email Blasts – create and manage email blasts. We use Mailchimp.
  • Events & Community Relations – coordinate with vendors and operations to put together events. Point of contact for various PR matters.
  • Document Management – organizes various files and documents for easy retrieval and use.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Marketing Coordinator or other relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with marketing software and tools.
