JOB SUMMARY:

Sycamores provides a spectrum of equitable mental health services through various programs to multicultural populations of all acuities. Although it serves a variety of consumers, the agency focuses primarily on providing care to low-income, high at- risk youth.

The role of the Administrative/Office Assistant is to provide clerical and administrative support to departments at Sycamores. The Administrative Assistant will demonstrate strong communication between the department leadership, program leadership and program providers in a strength-based and system-oriented manner.

Starting Pay Range:

$18 - $21 per hour (starting pay will be based on previous work experience and educational background.)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• Two to three years of general office experience required.• As least one year of administrative office experience preferred; Maintains all required licenses and certifications.• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Additional Requirements:• Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, etc.)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Self-starter with the ability to set priorities• Effective work organization skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
