Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between your seller and the other buyer agents • Provide world-class customer service to our clients • Follow-up with clients to maintain exceptional customer service • Use active listing skills to help clients sell their existing home Qualifications: • The successful candidate must have an active South Carolina Real Estate license or be in the process of obtaining one • Be willing to work on a full-time basis as a real estate agent • Demonstrate excellent people skills • Be a committed advocate for the client • Display strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrate a desire to continuously learn and grow • Show an ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $150,000+ at commission plan
