Responsibilities: • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Has a real estate license • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $80,000+ at plan earnings
