Marketing Manager Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical skills and creative flair, enabling them to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.Oversee the creation of compelling content across various media platforms to support marketing campaigns.Design and manage surveys, including question writing and sample design, to gather valuable consumer insights.Utilize social listening tools and secondary data resources to monitor brand perception and industry trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals and objectives.Analyze ratings data and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies.Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.5-6+ years experience in related research field (e.g., Marketing, Analytics, Creative, or Content Research) in the Entertainment/Media industryProficiency in research methodologies and data analysis techniques.Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Creative mindset with a proven ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
