The Vice President of F&B Operations is responsible for providing oversight, support, and direction for all standalone F&B outlets, distinctive venues, and conference centers. This role ensures alignment of area directors' efforts with company standards and leads operations for diverse F&B sites, enhancing quality and efficiency across the board. With direct oversight of Senior Directors of F&B and Area Directors, this leader will monitor performance, conduct monthly report reviews, and develop action-oriented agendas that support operational excellence and elevate the guest experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage the performance of standalone F&B outlets, distinctive venues, and conference centers.Monitor financial performance across all venues, setting revenue targets, managing budgets, and implementing cost-control strategies.Direct oversight of Senior Directors and other leaders of the F&B team.Provide direction for Area Directors of F&B, review monthly reports, and set agendas for performance improvement.Set standards and practices that enhance guest satisfaction, streamline operations, and ensure alignment with company objectives.Ensure that all venues comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.Oversee recruitment, development, and coaching of F&B talent.Ensure the consistent application of F&B policies and procedures across all business units.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of F&B programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Oversee supply chain logistics for restaurant operations, negotiate with vendors, and ensure quality standards and consistency across all locations.Collaborate on the implementation of technology solutions (e.g., POS systems, inventory management) to improve efficiency and operational oversight.Regularly assess market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making for the F&B portfolioAct as a change champion, supporting leaders and team members through periods of change and ensuring effective communication and support mechanisms are in place.Education and Experience:
10+years progressive experience in Food & Beverage, with extensive experience overseeing multi-unit operations and managing teams across diverse locations.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are preferred.Expertise in business development, strategic account management, and leading sustainability efforts.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Strong knowledge of all applicable lawsWorks well in both team oriented and autonomous environmentsProven experience leading F&B teams and managing complex operations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
