Office/Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will exhibit professional standards, excellent communication skills, take initiative on various projects and tasks, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to be flexible in your day-to-day and make yourself available to C-Suite employees will ensure your success and provide an opportunity for growth in this role.

Role Description:

This is an entry level position, with some administrative tasks on an ongoing basis suited for a motivated self-starter who can thrive in an entrepreneurial "all hands-on deck" atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities

Office:Greet VisitorsOrder and maintain office supplies and foodResponsible for office upkeepManage and maintain office filesAssist Sales & Marketing teams to ship out samples and merchandiseKeep samples and merchandise inventory list up to dateManage Corporate Apartment - coordinating remote workers' time in Chicago, and reserving apartment(s) ahead of visitsManage housekeeping for corporate apartments and Chicago office.Manage office-related vendor relationships: Uline, Printer, IT, Office cleaner, Courier service, etc.Act as the point of contact for employee needs, in office and remote workers.Ad hoc support:Coordinate & support travel for C-Suite team, excluding CEOOrder lunch daily for CEO; Order lunch 1x/week for Chicago officeSupport Field Marketing team with liquor ordering via Distributor for in-office supply.Event Assistance:Assist Executive Assistant with occasional event planning, outside of officeAssist Executive Assistant with monthly Chicago office "outings" - Happy Hours/Employee BirthdaysManage occasional in-office events, including coordinating any logistics or requests needed.Qualifications

Must live in the Chicago Metro areaMust have personal car for occasional office errand runningStrong interpersonal and communication skillsClose attention to detailWillingness to pivot tasks, in a time crunchAbility to multitask and handle personnel across our different brandsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteStrong problem-solving skills and interest in our industry is a plus
