POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Supervisor of Integrated Health Services coordinates to develop, improve and lead a highly effective integrated care system that provides client-based services and clinical management. Responsible and manages daily oversite of Adult Outpatient Counseling. Focuses on supporting clients and providers with all social determinants of health, which includes medical, behavioral health, substance and social care services, while monitoring all care management responsibilities. Provides organizational leadership and oversees all providers of the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop, implement and revise comprehensive treatment planning for adults. Responsible for supervision of clinical and medical providers, health coaches, peer support specialists, interns and volunteers.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology preferredA minimum of 3-5 years of previous managerial/supervisory experience in mental health/human services requiredPrevious experience in program development and management preferredAppropriate professional registration/certification by State/national authority required (LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, etc.)Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance
COMPENSATION :
$61,000 to $80,500 (Full-Time, Non-Union)
