POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Cornerstone Program for transition-age youth 15-21 years old, under professional supervision, the Clinician/Case Manager is responsible for the provision of therapeutic and case management services to children and families being served by the program. Primary responsibilities include the provision of community and office-based services, which include individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy and case management to assist the youth and their families in receiving needed medical, social, educational and other services.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree in social work, clinical psychology or related mental health fieldHas one year experience and training in examination, evaluation and treatment of minors and their families.Appropriate professional registration/certification/by State/National authority required (L.M.S.W., L.L.P., RN., etc.)Possession of a valid driver's license and have access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performanceFluency in Spanish Preferred

$46,023 to $58,233 (Full-Time/Union)
