The facility also holds AS9100 certification, underscoring its commitment to high-quality production standardsJob DescriptionEstablish and maintain quality control objectives that align with corporate goals and ensure company adherence to all applicable quality standards and regulations.Develop and implement inspection criteria and testing procedures, directing staff to maintain consistent quality control over materials, facilities, and products.Ensure production reliability and consistency by assessing processes and final outputs, performing root cause analysis, and communicating corrective actions to management and customers.Address customer complaints related to quality, issuing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) as needed, and providing necessary documentation.Work with vendors to confirm quality standards for purchased parts, collaborating to resolve issues proactively.Design and deliver quality control training programs to enhance the capabilities of key personnel across the organization.Conduct and oversee First Article Inspections to confirm product compliance with specifications before full-scale production.Actively participate in quality management teams within the organization, fostering effective communication and cooperation with other departments. The Successful ApplicantBS in Engineering, Science or Related Discipline5+ years experience within a quality leadership roleExperience in semiconductor or other high reliability manufacturing environments highly desirableComplete knowledge of ISO / AS9100, NADCAP, GEIA-STD 0006, IEC TS 62647-4, J-STD-001 & J-STD-002 highly desirableExperience in a fast paced, high performance electronics space is highly desirable.Extensive knowledge with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing toolsPossess critical thinking, active listening, judgment and decision making skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal with complexityStrong computer skills including Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What's on OfferOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and complex projects.Career Growth and Development.
