The staffing coordinator (Scheduler)/Central Supply is responsible for coordinating the Nursing/CNA schedule based on staffing needs on a daily basis as well as maintain the Master Nursing/CNA schedule and working with the management team to maintain supplies. As Central supply you will be required to order supplies, stock and rotate inventory. The scheduler will also be required to work some shifts on the floor. Position will require employee to provide direct patient care as needed. Must be willing to work some weekends and rotating holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of experience scheduling in the health care industryCurrently certified as a Nurse Aide in Wisconsin (required)Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong attention to detailComputer proficient and capability of learning new softwareAble to promote strong interpersonal relationshipsCoordinate facility needs with purchasing team.Picking/packing and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.Responsible for the daily storing.Assists with supply requisitions.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and resource allocation principles are necessary requirements.• Basic math and accounting skills are needed for budgeting budgets and expenses.• Strong communication skills and savvy to negotiate with vendors.• An eye for detail is helpful in examining incoming products for posssible defects.• 1+ years of experience working in supply chain
