is looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our well-established practice in Seattle, WA!
This position will require travel to several of our practices within the area.

Develop annual marketing plan and budget working closely with Practice Manager and the Marketing Manager from our Home Office team to deliver against practice objectives and targets.Lead the planning, development and execution of our external marketing programs and campaigns by location to drive new patient demand, engage existing patients and nurture referral sources.Track and analyze dentist referrals, manage relationships, host/plan events (eg. lunch & learns, dinners) and gifts.Attract new patients through traditional and digital media buying, including SEM, paid social media, display and influencer marketing working closely with Marketing Manager from home office and external partners/agencies.Manage and drive engagement through owned social channels - including the production of social content, photography, tracking/analytics, and respond to comments/inquiries.Coordinate community sponsorship programs, events, and office contributions.Track and monitor performance of marketing efforts including ROI; work closely with the Office Manager and Marketing Manager from home office to improve performance and seek ongoing feedback.Monitor and track website performance and Google Business Profile making regular updates to optimize SEO performance; respond to reviews across platforms in a timely fashion and help manage patient satisfaction.Manage expense and invoice process with suppliers and finance department.Keep a pulse on market trends and the competitive landscape, reporting on competitor marketing campaigns, communications, and positioning.Ensure marketing initiatives and website are compliant with local regulatory guidelines.About you:
You are a self-starter, willing to roll up your sleeves, get things done, and complete action items.You are exceptionally organized, have superior attention to detail, and can both multitask and prioritize appropriately.You like to build relationships with others, have strong verbal/written communication skills, and proactively take on new challenges.You are aligned with our company vision and values, which guide how we work.You have a reliable vehicle.Qualifications you bring:
A Bachelor's degree or college diploma.Two or more years of marketing/business/communications experience required.One or more years of professional experience using Facebook and Instagram for a business or organization.Digital media buying experience including SEO, SEM, paid social an asset.Experience evaluating performance using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights an asset.Familiarity and experience using project management software (e.g., Asana), social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite), and design software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is an asset.For more information, please visit our website at:
