About the Role:
Orveon believes that our most important assets are our people and our priority is to invest in the development of our talented Orveoners with Learning & Development initiatives and career development. The Learning & Development Manager will report to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for the designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, improve organizational performance, and support business objectives. This role involves identifying training needs, developing high impact learning materials, and facilitating training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Needs Assessment: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across the business to understand Orveon's culture and ways of working to identify training needs and skill gaps across the organization.Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs and learning content that align with company goals, drive culture and employee performance.Orveon University: Lead the planning and execution of Orveon University's college 1, 2 & 3, developmental learning programs by level.Training Delivery: Facilitate internally designed programs including workshops, seminars, and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engaging and effective learning environment.Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.Collaboration: Work with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.Budget Management: Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.Technology Integration: Leverage LinkedIn Learning and other technologies to deliver training programs and learning pathways to support ongoing learning and development.Mentorship Programs: Manage the Orveon Mentor Program and promote coaching initiatives to support employee growth and development.Compliance Training: Ensure all training programs meet compliance standards and regulations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Experience with learning management systems and training technologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding training programs.Strong project management and prioritization skills, coupled with adaptability and resourcefulness to overcome ambiguity and barriers.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to build trust based collaborative partnerships and influence others.Creative problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.What Orveon offers you:

Pay Transparency - One of our values is Stark Honesty and the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when deter-mining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $98,000 - $130,000. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
