About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Senior Manager of Total Rewards & HRIS
to lead our compensation, benefits, and HRIS functions. This role will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. In addition, the Senior Manager will manage the HRIS system, ensuring optimal configuration, data integrity, and reporting capabilities to support the organization’s HR strategies and decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy & ImplementationDesign, implement, and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and wellness programs aligned with the company’s goals and industry standards.Lead the development of salary structures, incentive plans, and performance-based compensation initiatives to drive a high-performance culture.Evaluate and manage benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs, ensuring they meet employee needs and enhance the overall employee experience.Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitiveness and recommend changes to total rewards offerings as necessary.Compensation & Benefits AdministrationOversee the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonuses, and stock-based compensation.Manage the day-to-day administration of benefits, partnering with external vendors to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with employees.Provide guidance and support to HR partners and managers on compensation and benefits matters, including salary decisions, job evaluations, and compensation guidelines.HRIS ManagementServe as the primary owner of the HRIS, managing system configurations, data integrity, and troubleshooting to maximize efficiency and accuracy.Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting tools to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other critical data points.Partner with IT, HR, and external vendors to ensure that the HRIS integrates effectively with other HR systems and supports strategic initiatives.Train HR team members and other end-users on HRIS functionalities, best practices, and data privacy/security measures.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure total rewards programs comply with federal, state, and local laws, including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, and other applicable regulations.Lead the company’s annual benefits renewal process, including plan design changes, negotiations, and employee communication.Manage audits, reporting requirements, and data requests related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems.Employee Communication & EngagementPartner with internal communications teams to develop and execute effective communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards programs.Collect and analyze employee feedback on compensation, benefits, and HR systems, using insights to enhance programs and improve employee satisfaction.Support company-wide initiatives related to employee engagement and well-being by actively participating in relevant committees and cross-functional projects.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR) is a plus.7+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and/or HRIS, with a proven track record of implementing successful programs.Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM) and experience in system configuration, reporting, and data management.Expertise in federal and state employment laws, particularly as they relate to compensation and benefits.Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.Proven project management skills and ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.Working Conditions:
This role may require occasional travel to company offices or industry events.Flexibility for a hybrid working environment is available depending on company policy.This role requires someone who can balance strategic vision with operational expertise, ensuring that our total rewards programs and HRIS systems are not only competitive but also aligned with our company’s values and culture.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $101,500 – $145,000. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!

About the Role
