Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.Coordinate with other departments and handle special projects as needed.Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.Assist in managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.Handle confidential information with discretion.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
