Summary:
The Digital Asset Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing Bobrick and its family of Brands' digital assets and selling tools to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth. As a Digital Asset Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, cataloging, and maintaining our extensive library of digital assets. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient management and distribution of digital content across various channels, including our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials. You will also be responsible for managing digital selling tools that cater to both self-service customers and those engaged with our Sales Team.
This role requires a blend of marketing acumen, technological expertise, and a deep understanding of customer behavior in digital sales environments. Understanding the Architecture and Design community and construction industry is strongly preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Evaluate, select, and integrate digital selling tools such as Digital Specification solutions, DAM systems, PIM, chatbots, Ecommerce platforms and other relevant technologies to support sales efforts.Oversee Digital Asset Management System (DAM): Ensure that product-related digital assets, such as CAD and BIM files, product images, and technical specifications, are effectively managed and accessible to relevant stakeholders and across various channels.Stay abreast of the evolving impact and integration of generative AI in industry processes, particularly in areas like architectural design and specifications. Ensure assets are compatible and seamlessly integrated with these models.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Units to identify, develop and expand offering of digital selling tools that aligns with overall business objectives.Manage workflow for asset requests, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and delivery, while ensuring timely responses to stakeholders.Customize digital selling tools to meet the specific needs of both self-service customers and the Sales Team. Continuously optimize these tools to improve efficiency, user experience, and sales outcomes.Provide training and support to both customers and internal sales personnel on how to effectively use digital selling tools. Develop training materials, documentation, and resources as needed.Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance metrics related to digital selling tools. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Generate regular reports to inform decision-making and measure the success of digital selling initiatives.Ensure that digital selling tools comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly regarding data privacy and security. Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information and mitigate risks.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in digital sales. Use market insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our digital selling approach.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Architecture and Design, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing and/or digital asset management.Proven experience (5+ years) in successful implementation of digital assets and tools, data asset management, marketing communications, or related roles preferably in the B2B building product manufacturing or construction industry.Strong understanding of digital sales processes, customer journey mapping and Building Product industryFamiliarity with a variety of digital selling tools and platforms, such as e-commerce software, CRM systems, chatbots, and marketing automation tools.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Schedule:
