In this role, you'll be an essential part of the Human Resources team, focusing on recruiting and hiring for Developmental and Brain Injury Services (DBIS) positions at a growing Human Services agency in Northampton.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Conduct the recruitment and hiring process for DBIS direct care job openings, ensuring that qualified candidates are selectedOutreach : Attend job fairs and hiring events to connect with potential candidates and bring awareness to the agencyStrategy & Collaboration:
Work with management to improve recruitment strategiesTeamwork:
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients, customers, coworkers, and supervisors and by supporting coworkers when neededAttendance:
Maintain reliable attendance and complete additional HR tasks as neededAdditional Responsibilities:
Take on other duties as assigned by the Director of RecruitmentTraining and Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience1+ years in talent acquisition or recruitingProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Strong computer skills, effective communication, and excellent writing abilitiesKnowledge of social services or human services a plusWillingness and ability to travel within Massachusetts as neededBenefits / Incentives:
