ServiceNet is seeking someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. As an ACCS Clinician, you'll have the opportunity to support personal growth, guide recovery, and provide clinical expertise to a dedicated team. As an ACCS Clinician, you'll work closely with program participants and outreach staff to help individuals on their path to recovery. Your clinical skills and compassionate approach will empower individuals to overcome mental health challenges, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals. You'll be part of a supportive team, making a lasting impact on both the lives of those you serve and the people you work alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

Empower Personal Growth:

Meet with participants to assess their needs and work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans. You'll use a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to help individuals define their goals and take steps toward recovery.Coordinate Care:

Work closely with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure participants receive comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.Provide Clinical Expertise:

Lead the team by offering guidance, support, and training on evidence-based practices, helping staff grow in their ability to provide the best care.Ensure Progress:

Complete essential paperwork and assessments, ensuring that treatment plans, safety checks, and risk management plans are in place and kept up to date.Be a Resource in Times of Need:

Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support during critical times, ensuring that participants feel safe and supported no matter the situation.Why You'll Love Working Here:

Clinical Master's degreeMassachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc.)Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illnessAbility to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivatedAbility to complete clinical documentation in a timely mannerGood organizational, communication, and writing skillsSubstance abuse clinical experience preferredBenefits:
