The Winters Joint Unified School District serves approximately 1550 students within the city of Winters and from the surrounding unincorporated areas of Yolo and Solano counties. The District schools include: Waggoner Elementary School (TK - 2), Shirley Rominger Intermediate School (3-5), Winters Middle School (6 - 8), Winters High School (9 - 12), Wolfskill Continuation High School / Career Readiness Academy (grades 9 - 12), and the Winters State Preschool Center and Head Start Program.The District employs approximately 250 employees and is the 2nd largest employer in Winters.Students have access to excellent core academic programs which are enhanced by strong co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, including visual/performing arts, athletics, agriculture, and student leadership opportunities.Located between San Francisco and Sacramento, the City of Winters is a welcoming community that celebrates its connection to agriculture, surrounded by vineyards, tomato fields, and walnut and almond orchards. Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association as an occupationaltherapist.Attach all documents electronically to your on-line application.
