Software Test Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIESWork with a cross functional team of internal and 3rd party resources to institute Software Test Plans and Procedures (STAPP) and best practicesCoordinate internal and external teams to develop, implement, and maintain software test scripts for multiple projectsEnsure software testing is following Cybersecurity guidelines and procedures and that tested software is Cyber secureDevelop and run a System Integration Lab with support from 3rd party expertsImplement and manage CMMI and CMMC compliant and certified proceduresInteract with cross functional teams including: Supply Chain, IS&S, Manufacturing, Quality, and EngineeringInteract with outside vendors, partners, and customers

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering5 years experience in the fieldExperience collaborating on programs with internal and external software test teamsExperience developing System Integration Lab for HIL and SIL testingExperience developing software test scripts and automation or approving those developed by othersExperience developing software test plans and procedures (STAPP) a plusExperience automating tests in Vector HIL toolsets (CANalyzer and CANoe)Cybersecurity best practice testing/software quality assurance knowledge and use of HP Fortify scanner is a plusExperience with CMMI and CMMC a plusExperience working with

PLM software such as IBM JazzRequirements software such as CAMEOMicrosoft productsto provide information and updates to upper management

Be able to work solo and as part of a teamAbility to obtain security clearance
