Master's Level Clinician
to provide quality therapeutic services to assigned clients and/or families at our
Germantown Program .

Degree must contain at least twelve (12) credit hours in core behavioral health coursework. No more than three (3) of these twelve (12) credit hours can be derived from a supervised clinical mental health practicum experience.Two (2) years verified experience in the mental health field.At least three (3) written references that demonstrate past educational and/or employment experience.Must be at least 21 years of age.Valid PA driver's license

Demonstrates Professionalism. (Commitment to: Social Learning, Social Responsibility, Non-Violence, Growth and Change)Supports and adheres to agency's mission, goals, and objectives.Conduct therapeutic goal directed treatment sessions with clients on a consistent treatment schedule.Serves as a client advocate.Maintains clients' rights and confidentiality.Works cooperatively with team members.Works harmoniously with other team members and accepts/acts on directives/responsibilities assigned by supervisor/director.Attends and Completes trainings as requiredCompletes clear and concise documentation in a timely manner.Participates in continuous quality improvement.Communicates with family/caregivers, referral agency, courts, funding services, and/or other pertinent persons regarding a client, within the bounds of appropriate release.Clinical theory and practice.De-escalationOther responsibilities as required

Today our programs allow us to meet the critical behavioral and mental health needs of over 650 children and families every year!
