Oversee daily accounting processes, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial data, especially regarding bank accounts.Ensure precision and reliability in financial reporting.Support and enhance the internal control framework, including SOX compliance and external audit requirements.Ensure daily operations adhere to internal and regulatory standards.Supervise, guide, and mentor accounting staff, delegating and reviewing work to maintain high standards.Manage and motivate individual team members, fostering engagement and a positive culture.Serve as a financial consultant to management, providing insights on processes, financial plans, and business performance.Lead and collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency, implement new technology, and drive process improvements.Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Leadership Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within accounting operations.Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Ability to engage with clients and colleagues effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and financial modeling.Detail-Oriented

Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.Process Management

Experience managing complex processes, solving problems, and ensuring timely delivery.Remote Collaboration

Ability to work effectively with colleagues across multiple locations.Must-Have Skills:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Proven leadership experience, including team management and mentorship within an accounting framework.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating clear alignment on goals and processes.Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.Experience handling complex financial tasks with high accuracy.Demonstrated capability to manage time, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in conflict resolution and process optimization.Self-motivated and able to execute tasks independently while collaborating efficiently with team structures.
