Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Development Project Manager to assist with our projects in Columbus Ohio!
Key ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a self-motivated professional Project Manager in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture specializing in Private Development with a desire to grow personally and professionallyIn this role, you will put your problem solving, logic, and creativity to the test leading a multi-discipline and highly interactive team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and technicians.You will work with developers, planners, builders, and local review agencies to provide dynamic design solutions on commercial, industrial , residential and institutional development projectsDaily, you will oversee all phases of design while helping to develop efficient, timely, and cost-effective solutions for MSGExperience with industry design standards, guidelines and specifications (i.e., City of Columbus and surrounding counties, ODOT, and etc.) and knowledge of AutoCad/Civil 3D grading is expectedProficiency in independent preparation of stormwater plans and reports, drainage pipe calculations, roadway design and survey experience is a plusThe ability to engage reviewing agencies while preparing technical designs and addressing comments is a critical part of our process. The ideal candidate will beSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years' of experience in design and plan preparation, with at least 4 years of site development projects.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, preferably working as a licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect.Benefits
