The Delivery Enablement (DE) team supports internal stakeholders by providing a robust operational backbone across TAS, TES, OCFO, PI, IM, IB and TRS. The team includes Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Marketing, Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance and Delivery Excellence. As Portage Point continues to grow, the DE team is laser focused on scalability, quality and automation.
The ideal Vice President, Content Marketing (Content Marketing Manager equivalent) candidate is an entrepreneurial, self-starting marketing professional, preferably with a business-writing background. This position reports directly to the Director, Marketing, and will play a crucial role in upscaling the Portage Point content marketing efforts. This individual should be well versed in current paid and organic marketing channels, marketing technologies and marketing trends with the ultimate goal of expanding the Portage Point digital footprint and brand awareness. The candidate must be a quick study, team player, exceptionally attentive to detail and excel in a high-paced, professional services environment.
Responsibilities
Design content marketing strategies that align with firm and practice line (PL) objectives, including a strong focus on identifying cross-PL positioning opportunitiesIdeate, write, edit, proofread and improve content for website, email and social media, including articles, press releases, team bios, social media posts, engagement announcements, case studies, videos, flyers, event materials, etc.Collaborate with Director, Marketing, PL leaders and other internal stakeholders to create and implement content marketing strategyOptimize content considering SEO, SEM and Google Analytics data and generate ideas to increase viewer engagementDeliver consistently best-in-class, engaging content on a regular cadence and share content through various marketing channels based on content format and objectiveMaintain content calendar and ensure deadlines are metSchedule and participate on content capture calls with content development partnersMonitor competitor content marketing activities as well as market trends to identify best practices and implement improvements to content quality, quantity, distribution, themes and formatsUtilize internal and external relationships, market activity, engagements, internal playbooks / materials and research to maintain a content pipelineReview, proofread and edit all case studies, learning and development presentations, internal and / or external communications and materials coupled with holding a responsibility of identifying what can be repurposed for marketing content and partnering with the appropriate team member(s) to bring that content to fruition. Review and provide editing suggestions to video content to develop compelling narratives that align with brand and strategySupport internal communications development and executionMaintain and improve upon style and formatting standard operating proceduresAddress issues in content development process and create efficiencies that minimize subject matter expert timeCollaborate with team on various projects involving the firm's website, social accounts, email processes, one-off projects, general marketing administration, email management, asset requests and library maintenanceContribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive cultureWork with delivery enablement teams to ensure content tone, grammar and style is on brand, for both internal and external facing deliverables, including social pages, learning and development presentations, Glassdoor commentary, compliance disclosures, playbooks, etc.Qualifications

The City of New York and the State of California require Portage Point to provide compensation information for this role. This range represents the anticipated minimum and maximum base plus bonus for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant's qualifications (education, training and / or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.
