OVERVIEW
At the heart of our work here at Automox is a mission to create easier work for today's IT teams. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to service our upmarket customer segment. You will evangelize our Automated Endpoint Management platform to prospective customers. This role requires self-motivated individuals and great teammates who are passionate about SaaS sales prospecting. Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to identify and bring in new business with their outstanding knowledge of the product and the customer base of IT and Security Ops managers.THE FUN STUFF
Drive Automox's new business revenue growthResponsible for all outbound prospecting to target accountsNavigate Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, SalesNav, 6Sense, and other sales acceleration toolsConsistently achieve monthly meetings quota to ensure territory revenue objectivesBecome a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects1:1 alignment with Enterprise+ Account Executives to map accounts strategically in assigned regionsBring a great attitude as we develop the new team and all the fun that comes with building a great sales and overall company cultureWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEAt least 6-12 months experience outbound prospecting new business in the software security industry or equivalentDemonstrated success executing outbound prospecting strategies to identify potential customers in enterprise accounts (3,500+ employees).Preferred experience outbounding to IT and Security leadersInnovative self-starter, proactive, motivated, responsible with a passion for customer engagementExcellent written and oral communication skills, professional and confident phone/email skillsAbility to work toward goals in a remote team environment with minimal supervisionComfortable navigating a new value proposition, helping IT Directors and decision-makers see value in evolving their approach to endpoint management using automationPossess an affinity for SaaS Technical aptitude to convey/articulate value-based propositions to a technical audience, including C-levelYou have the ability to work cross-functionally, lead projects, and make things happenYou take what you do seriously, but you do not take yourself seriously.LOCATION

The range listed is the on target earning (OTE) potential. OTE is a mix of base pay and variable pay earned based on meeting sale's goals. In addition to OTE our compensation package includes equity and variety of great benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location. Details of the OTE split will be shared during the interview process.
