Job Description
Our client is a national real estate investment firm that owns and operators a wide variety of commercial real estate assets across the US. The Senior Acquisitions Analyst will perform detailed financial analysis and modeling for acquisitions opportunities. The Senior Acquisitions Analyst will be responsible for analysis, underwriting new investment opportunities, performing due diligence, market research, and assisting the asset management team. Other responsibilities:
Maintain and run financial models on potential acquisitions using Argus / ExcelCreate sophisticated analyses for tracking and reviewing returns and performanceAssist with screening and evaluating investment opportunities. Perform due diligence on newinvestment opportunities through research and financial modelingConsolidate, analyze and model financial data including budget analysis and income statement forecasting.Update and complete various investor reports, including financial snapshots and qualitative summariesModeling and analyzing financial data regarding refinancing, acquisitions and/or disposition of investmentsPrepare and present reporting to executives and committeesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have the following:
2-5 years experience for Analyst level in Real Estate, Finance, or Investments with exceptional Excel modeling skillsUndergraduate degree with high GPA (3.5 plus)Skilled communicator- written and verbalShould have experience using Argus EnterpriseMust be able to juggle multiple tasks at once with strict deadlinesWhat's on Offer
My client offers the following benefit package:
Competitive base salary + bonus ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience/level.PTO and company holidaysHealth care coverage
