**Description:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Successful completion of a surgical technologist training program is required. Eighteen (18) months of scrub tech experience in an
acute care operating room may substitute for the training program requirement.
3. Two (2) years of acute surgical technologist experience is required.
4. One (1) year of the above experience must include at least two (2) specialty areas (i.e., orthopedics, neurosurgery, robotics, etc.).
5. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
6. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) issued through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
is preferred.
Pay Range: $28.90 - 40.46 USD Hourly
