The
Executive Assistant
will assist multiple executives as a personal and administrative assistant, processing and filing emails and correspondence, scheduling, organizing files, preparing correspondence and planning workbooks, coordinating and following up on projects assigned to others, providing ad hoc analytical support and performing various tasks as may be assigned from time to time on both regular and irregular bases.
What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
4+ years experience in supporting an executive with administrative tasks, ideally within the Banking or Financial Services industryAbility to successfully navigate multiple priorities within a dynamic environmentPositive attitude and ability to work at a fast paceExcellent time and priority management skillsDeep understanding of the confidential nature of the position and the sensitive information to which you will have accessWhat you are great at: (Responsibilities)
Manage the Executives schedule, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely attendance and follow-up on commitments.Assist in compiling and analyzing performance metrics, budget reports, and other key data for executive-level decision making.Handle all incoming correspondence, including emails and calls, ensuring timely responses or routing as needed.Assist with project management by maintaining relationships, managing projects, and coordinating tasks in collaboration with the management team.Track expenses and manage department budgets, preparing regular budget reports for the CEO's review.Perform such other project related or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time (often on short notice), as directed.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, such as financial reports, employee records and legal documents.Prepare and maintain documents, reports and presentations, including financial reports, quarterly updates, and strategic presentations.What you're motivated by:
