As a Program Coordinator (PC), you'll be a key member of our team, responsible for coordinating essential services that support our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Program Director in maintaining consistent, high-quality programmingAssuming the responsibilities and duties of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) during direct care shifts when necessaryPlanning and scheduling engaging program services, recreation, and activitiesProviding personalized care and support to individualsCoaching and supporting our dedicated staffCommunicating effectively with staff and interdisciplinary team membersAssisting with financesOverseeing educational and vocational programsWriting clear and concise progress reports, ISP reports, and other necessary documentation.Overseeing facility management to ensure a safe and supportive environment.Ability to act/react quickly and effectively in cases that requires quick thinking and response in emergent cases, ensuring safety and security for persons served.Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred OR equivalent training in working with disabled adults and/or equivalent experienceAt least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a day program or vocational settingExperience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, such as intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, autism, epilepsyConfident and strong communicatorAdaptable and creativeOrganized with excellent time management capabilitiesPositive role model; able to lead, coach, and supportTech savvyValid driver's license and acceptable driving record
