Fill the role of project technical leader, designing, developing, testing and deploying technical data/automation/application solutions using accepted software development best practicesApply a balance of legacy and cutting-edge technology including the latest AI and Data platforms and tools to improve business processes, productivity, and business insightsHelp plan and then execute live workshops with various customer stakeholders that either aim to educate the participants on the latest AI, Data and Application capabilities or facilitate the discovery of client opportunities for improvement using technologiesReview customer data environments, understand their data vision and strategy and create recommendations as to how to best modernize the data architecture to align with their desired future stateUtilize Power Platform to build and deploy business process automation and reportingsolutionsPerform data analysis and data exploration activities toidentifytrends, patterns, and actionable insights using Power BI and other data analysis toolsCollaborate with solution owners to gather, categorize and prioritize business requirements, and then determine which technologies can be applied to solve the core customer needsDeliver business requirement documents, architectural build documents, implementation plans, and status reports across a spectrum of small to complex client engagementsParticipate in presales meetings to understand, first-hand, a client's needs and share pragmatic insights into how technology can solve the challenges at handUse your historical project experience to assist in crafting project execution approaches, team composition, cost and effort estimates that will be used to draft contractual statements of workAuthor thought leadership pieces (e.g., white papers, blog posts, videos) and participate in live webinars that showcase our perspectives on leveraging technology to pragmatically solve customer problemsActively participate in team and company meetings, adding your unique personality and way of working to the team/corporate cultureProvidetechnical guidance, mentoring, and support to other team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growthContribute to the development and maintenance of our practice's standard operating proceduresStay up to date with the latest advancements inData & AItechnologies and evaluate their applicability to client projects. 3+ years of experience solving business problems for a variety of stakeholders and previous consulting experienceHands-on experience developing custom technical solutions using Agile methodologiesExperiencein data architecture and data engineeringFamiliarity and Working knowledge of Power BIFamiliarity with Azure DevOps (Version Control, Sprint/Backlog/Task Management, CI/CD experience a plus)Firsthand, direct implementation knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including:
Power Apps application design, development and best practicesPower Automate Flows, Desktop experience required, RPA experience a plusPower BI, including environment configuration, report/dashboard creation, and licensing modelsSQL Server, on-premise and Azure-based. Familiarity with SSRS and SSIS technologies a plus
Azure Platform ServicesFamiliarity with:
Microsoft FabricCopilot Studio, building custom copilots and Copilot for Microsoft 365 connectors and plug-ins.Expectations:
