The role centers on driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and promoting collaboration to maintain efficient daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact while building strong relationships and providing hands-on support to the workforce.4oJob DescriptionPartner with department supervisors and staff to address employee relations issues and provide HR guidance on the manufacturing floor.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations, maintaining a strong focus on legal and regulatory requirements.Oversee performance management processes, track absenteeism, and drive employee engagement initiatives.Manage HR functions including payroll, time tracking, and general administration using Paycom.Lead recruitment efforts, provide coaching to employees, and foster positive employee relations across all levels.Collaborate with leadership to proactively resolve performance and behavioral issues, ensuring a productive work environment.Maintain a visible and accessible HR presence on the production floor to enhance employee engagement and support.
