Description:IMPORTANT: Suppliers should not submit workers whose physical residence is within the following states due to Intuitive tax and operating entity structure:Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Tennessee.Please interpret this as Intuitive policy to which all suppliers are required to comply.***Important Notes to supplier:***- Need to do a proper-pre technical screening- Need to have recruiter screening summary on top of resume.- Skill matrix and Writeup from worker on these skills is a plus.- All past projects should have Durations and locations.- Current location must be mentioned on the resume.Job Title: SAP MRP - Business AnalystDuration: 12+ MonthsMax bill rate: $120/hr.Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid - with mandatory 3 days onsite (Tue-Wed-Thu)Only Locals/Non locals can be submitted: Locals onlyMode of interview: ZoomNo of rounds of interview: 2Roles and Responsibilities:•Develop business blueprint by conducting interview and workshops for project or support enhancements•Translate Business Requirements into Functional Requirements and Technical Specifications•Ensure alignment between IT and Business during the project lifecycle - Design, Build, Test, Training, Go-Live, Post Go Live Support•Perform configuration/system changes to meet business requirements as needed in SAP S/4 Hana Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement and Sourcing•Perform field-mapping for EDI/Non-EDI integration with internal systems or third party applications•Drive change management process and ensure schedule adherence by collaborating with business, solution architects, cross functional consultants and developers•Perform impact analysis of the change and provide mitigation plan for impacted objects•Solve complex business problems by defining the problem statement, identifying the root cause, considering possible options and recommending the best solution.•Maintain SLAs and provide timely response to stakeholders for incidents, change requests or project deliverablesSkill/Job Requirements•Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience•5-8 years of experience in supporting SAP ECC or SAP S/4 Production Planning•Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing demand and supply planning integrations with SAP ERP or SAP S/4•Hands On experience on Demand planning, Consumption Based planning, Recorder Point planning, MRP, MPS, Long Term Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Batch Management, Serial Number Management•Hands On experience on Supply Chain Planning, Master Data maintenance - Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info Records, Source list, Scheduling Agreements and Contracts•Knowledge and experience of integration of Planning function with Manufacturing, Quality, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Sourcing, Logistics and costing functions•Experience in S/4 Hana is preferred•Experience in implementation of ERP or S/4 MRP integration with atleast one Demand and Supply Planning software e.g. O9, Demantra, I2, APO, IBP or any other software in the areas of Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales and Operations Planning•Experience of supporting SAP integrations with PLM and Supplier Collaboration software will be an added advantage•Supporting users in a medical device company is desirable•Possess a strong business and customer/client focus•Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology•Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required•Must have Skillso MRP for Purchasing and Planning for external componentso Purchasing Process - P2Po Master data for Purchasingo Inventory Managemento Pricing/ Conditions and valuationo Output Determinationo Key Standard Reports of SAP MM
