Long Term Care LPN - Seattle WA- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 8hr Eves- Ratios: 1:15-25- Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience Must have experience with Central line blood draws central line dressing changes IV pumps Starting IV's- First-Timers Accepted: No previous travel experience is required 1 year of travel experience- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend- Certs REQ: BCLS- Is On-Call REQ?: No- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU with remaining time spent floating to other areas- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes- Locals Accepted: Yes Considered local within 50 mile radius will accept locals at the same rate- Pending License Accepted: No License is required in hand- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period every two weeks
Special Requirements- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
