Number of Beds - 23 step down, 16 med surgType of staff: Day Shift - 1 charge, 11 RN, 4 PCT; Night Shift - 1 charge, 10 RN, 4 PCTPatient Ratios - 1:3-4 Step down, 1:4-6 med surgType of equipment - lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, trachsEMR - CernerSkill Set Most recruited for: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.Must have: 2 years nursing experience, Experience working with trachsPreferred or nice to have: Previous experience with CernerList typical procedures performed on unit(s): Trach care, chest tubes, wound dressing changesBest personality Fit: Flexibility and high level of clinical competence
