The Team
We’re seeking an Intern to join the American Tower's Product and Strategy organization. The organization manages the performance, market positioning, competitive analyses, evolution, and investment strategies for the company’s U.S. Tower division’s products, and manages and executes strategic, large-scale acquisitions and various other corporate development initiatives. The incumbent will support the Product and Strategy team to drive long-term growth for American Tower. Day-to-day, you will support deal modeling and other adhoc requests, including developing best-in-class valuations and analyses of investments and various business opportunities, communicating updates and analytical findings back to the business, and preparing presentation materials.
What You Need to Succeed
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
An interest in the wireless tower industry, real estate, or finance.
Strong organizational skills and a willingness to manage tasks in a high-volume environment.
An ability to participate in professional meetings with employees at multiple levels.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Capable of working independently within the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic Excel functions; Salesforce and Oracle skills are a bonus.

Perform lookbacks on the financial performance of various business segments
Support data requests from the business to aid in the decision-making process
Create reports and dashboards to monitor financial and operational results
Develop an understanding of the industry, business model, and our customers/competitors
Create presentation materials for stakeholders to drive informed decisions
Other duties as assigned.
