Description
The Amazon Entertainment group is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in an exciting, and growing organization. Two directors, one in Amazon Music and Wondery, and one in Amazon Games, are looking for a self-driven, highly-organized, resourceful, and proactive EA.
This role is partnering with and supporting two team finance directors, and interacting daily with the broader Music, Wondery, and Games business partners to build effective working relationships and contribute to the team environment. There is a high level of integrity and discretion required for handling the confidential information which this role is privy to. Additionally, being a proactive part of the broader org’s supportive and cohesive EA team is a significant part of this role, and entails learning and keeping abreast of cross-team business objectives, and contributing to the development, maintenance, and improvement of critical policies/procedures, standards, and services which benefit the whole org.
You will be a true and valued key player on this team, relied upon to handle multiple requests in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Having the ability to react to changing priorities with a can-do, positive attitude is important to a candidate’s success in this role. While we do have some tight deadlines and pressure during the Amazon financial cycles and are a fast-paced, goal-focused team, we also have a lot of fun and thoroughly enjoy our working relationships while we obsess over entertaining and delighting our customers through music, podcasts, and games.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations and time zones
• Manage time to support a Director based on the East Coast and a Directors on the West Coast
• Manage domestic and complex international travel
• Manage expense report coordination and submission
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
• Manage team space, including moves and re-configurations
• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting team, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
Experience managing multiple complex calendars, and coordinating domestic and international travel
Experience in planning and organizing events
Experience in end-to-end project management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience completing multiple critical and complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Experience managing multiple complex executive-level calendars, and coordinating executive-level domestic and international travel
Experience in planning and organizing, or leading events of all sizes and complexity
Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
