Our team is looking to add a Business Analyst to the Corporate Systems team. This role will provide oversight and hands-on involvement in AEM setup, taxonomy, and configurations throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Support the business across the SDLC in the production and review of functional design, site demos, and hands-on training within AEM, including content authoring, site assembly, DAM setup, and AEM workflows. Analyze complex AEM/Content business problems to be solved with automated systems and provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
In Addition, this position will configure system settings and options, plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing, and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements. This position will design details of automated systems and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. Furthermore, they may lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
This position is a hybrid role base in our Lisle, Illinois headquarters.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
AEM Oversight and Configuration: Provide oversight and hands-on involvement in AEM setup, taxonomy, and configurations throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
SDLC Support: Support the business across the SDLC in the production and review of functional design, site demos, and hands-on training within AEM, including content authoring, site assembly, DAM setup, and AEM workflows.
Problem Analysis: Analyze complex AEM/Content business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
System Configuration: Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
Automated Systems Design: Design details of automated systems and provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
Team Leadership: May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of business analyst experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 6 years of business analyst experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
At least 10 years of business analyst experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
