Position Overview

Become a leader within International’s IT Organization. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst-Loan Origination, you will have the opportunity to drive and deliver innovative capabilities with industry leading products. This role will provide business analysis expertise in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements. This role will also plan and execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing. May lead cross-functional teams to address business and/or systems issues. Strong initiative to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

Perform the Lead ERP Solutions Analyst role for the applications under Equipment Retail and Lease finance business unit.

Work with the business and IT team to identify, analyze, and document business requirements

Identify opportunities to improve all aspects of RLOS and overall lending process, including thorough understanding of Opportunity to Credit flow; Retail Application to Authoring of contract flow.

Thorough understanding of Pricing Programs, NPV calculations; Rate Cards maintenance, Retail and

Lease Contract Agreements, Dealer/Vendor agreements, Financial products in the lending and finance industry, Residual Values maintenance.

Lead and be part of strategy in ERP system implementations, upgrades and support with strong focus on ensuring that Finance, Treasury and Accounting Data is in compliance with policies as well as securitization servicing and reporting requirements

Lead identification of process breakdowns, controllership issues in IT systems and implement automations to improve

Design, implement, and support automated, reliable, and available IT solutions

Lead testing efforts including documenting Test Scenarios & Test Cases

Work with Developers to ensure projects are on track and meet expectations

Configure ERP Financial modules, lead SIT/Regression testing with end-to-end scenarios and coordinate with onsite and offshore teamsPrepare training materials and perform training for end users

Utilize Six Sigma / Lean and Agile Project Management tools to track and maintain project’s progress

Lead project teams to ensure milestones are met

Provide updates to IT and Business Leadership

Assist with management of key vendor reviews at the time of contract renewal or when lack of quality and/or service warrant review.

Supporting and ensuring the successful financial close of several sub-modules, and General Ledgers in Finance applications for several business units at International.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

At least 8 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications

At least 1 year of lead experience

OR

Master’s degree

At least 6 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications

At least 1 year of lead experience

OR

At least 10 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing of enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications

At least 1 year of lead experience

Additional Requirements

Retail Loan Origination experience is required

Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills

At least 5 years of strong Technical/Functional experience in systems or modules of Retail and Leasing Originations, Document Management, DocuSign, Credit Bureaus, Credit Scoring Engines, API Integration Engines.

Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end processes in Retail Financing and Leasing modules and knowledge of Accounting Principles.

Proven success with design, testing, and training on new implementations/ enhancements of Retail and Lease system projects.

Proven background in ensuring effectiveness of SOX and Internal controls within Financial systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with design, troubleshooting, and user inquiries.

Facilitate requirement sessions with process owners to define scope and requirements.

Proficient with documentation - business requirements, functional specifications, user guides, workflow processes, and test cases

Experience in planning, executing, and documenting test results.

Assist in the training of others.

Strong oral and written communications skills are essential.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional and project teams within Business and IT organizations.

Experience in creating queries using SQL.

Ability to multi-task on multiple projects

Benefits and Compensation

International provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $112,000 - $140,000 a year.
