Our primary markets include industrial, distribution, office, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living construction.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify prospective construction and investment opportunities in the Triad market.Maintain visibility in the community where new opportunities could exist.Engage in civic and community activities that provide insight and networking opportunities in targeted markets.Identify and participate in relevant committees, boards, and groups in the region including:
CRE communityCommercial/industrial developersBusiness groups/chambers of commerceGovernment partners (planners, permitting, municipal infrastructure)
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key Landmark customers, both end users and developers.Maintain strong knowledge of major pending developments in the region and leverage Landmark where applicableAct as a general market resource to both new and existing Landmark customers.Balance and serve internal customer needs.Provide content to marketing department and engage with RFP/proposal development when necessary.Qualifications
Proven track record in relationship and customer developmentStrong communication and organizational skills
